Advantages:

Соответствует фото, нормальное месторасположение (на машине недалеко до центра, рядом несколько торговых центров и рынок-всё в шаговой доступности).

Disadvantages:

Пол в квартире довольно грязный, в одном месте пришлось самой помыть (танки прилипали к каким-то пятнам), в ванне не очень приятный запах (или канализация, или еще что), разбитое зеркало в кафу в ванной (можно порезаться.если пользоваться шкафом), ручку на балконе нужно починить.
