Не предоставлены документы о проживании -утром администратора не было на месте,другие сотрудники не могли подсказать сколько нужно ждать.Отопление в номере(18) работало только в комнате-в санузле ледяные стены.Слышимость такая,как будто стены из картона. Очень большие сомнения в правдивости рейтинга на Яндексе(4.9).
