Advantages:

Гостиница расположена посередине между устюгом (4 км) и вотчиной деда мороза (7, 5 км). Номера простые, но приличные. Перебоев с водой нет. Очень приветливые администраторы, помогали решить любые вопросы. Кафе не работает.
